Terms of Service
Updated: October 12, 2026
In plain words
Opla is a platform for artists: a public portfolio page, a short shareable link, and tools to work with payments.
Your contract for work is with your client. We provide the platform; we do not perform the work for you.
Core access is free: USD 0 per month. Any paid add-ons, if introduced, will be shown clearly before payment.
Fraud, prohibited goods/services, and payment-network abuse are banned.

1. Who we are and what these Terms mean
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the Operator of opla.top. They cover the website, dashboard, public pages, and related features.
The Operator is the owner of the Opla service and the opla.top domain (“Operator”, “we”, “us”). Support: t.me/user4454.
By using the Service, creating an account, or uploading content, you confirm that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy and agree to follow them.
If you act for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. What Opla does
The Service is built for artists, illustrators, designers, and visual creators who need a public page and a short shareable link.
Features may include: a short public URL (opla.top/username); profile and portfolio; banner, avatar and bio; client contact tools; payment links; transaction history; and withdrawal requests.
Available features depend on account settings and may evolve over time. Core Service access is free (USD 0/month).
The Operator provides software and infrastructure. We are not a bank, not your employer, not a party to your client contract, and not a guarantor of your work quality, unless expressly stated in writing.
Payments are processed by partners (including Stripe) under their own rules, fees, and reviews.
3. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter contracts.
You must follow the laws of your residence, business registration country, and your clients’ countries — including tax, currency, consumer, and advertising rules.
If local law forbids certain payment or platform features, you must not use them.
4. Accounts and security
Sign-in uses Google OAuth. Use your own Google account and accurate details.
You are responsible for devices, browser sessions, and access. Do not share login. Sign out on shared computers.
Report suspicious activity to t.me/user4454.
We may ask for identity checks (KYC) for security, payouts, or payment-partner requirements.
5. Short links (usernames)
Usernames are allocated if available and are not guaranteed forever.
Misleading names, trademark abuse, impersonation, insults, and prohibited content are not allowed.
We may change, revoke, or reassign a username for Terms violations, rights-holder claims, legal requirements, or high risk of client confusion.
6. Service pricing
Core Opla features are currently free: USD 0 per month. No card is required to sign up.
The Operator may introduce paid options later. Any paid feature will be clearly priced in the UI before you confirm payment.
Payment-provider fees and service fees on client payments (if any) are not a platform subscription fee and are shown separately.
If you pay for an optional paid feature, refunds follow the Refund Policy: /refunds.
7. Client payments, fees, and payouts
If payment features are enabled, client payments go through a payment provider. Provider fees and opla.top fees may apply.
Service fees are shown in the UI before confirmation and may vary by country, payout method, and settings.
For withdrawal requests, the USD amount is converted to RUB using the official Bank of Russia USD/RUB rate at calculation time, reduced by 5%. Fractional kopecks are truncated (rounded down to whole rubles). The amount you would receive is shown in the UI before you submit the request.
Withdrawals may be reviewed automatically and/or manually. We may delay or decline payouts for incomplete data, suspected fraud, prohibited activity, or provider/legal requirements.
You are responsible for taxes on your income and for invoices/receipts where required.
8. Your content and portfolio
You keep rights to your text, images, and works (or the rights holders you lawfully represent).
By uploading, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive license to host, display, and technically process content as needed to run the Service (including CDN, cache, previews).
You warrant that you may publish the content; it does not infringe others’ rights; it is lawful; and it does not mislead clients about you or your services.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or law, without prior notice when needed to protect users or the platform.
9. Prohibited use
Do not use the Service for fraud, phishing, money laundering, terrorist financing, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, child sexual abuse material, sanctions evasion, misrepresenting payment purpose, IP infringement, spam, infrastructure attacks, or anything banned by law or Stripe/payment-network rules.
Restricted business categories listed by payment partners are forbidden.
We may limit features, freeze payouts, remove content, reclaim usernames, suspend accounts, and share data with authorities when required by law.
10. opla.top intellectual property
The brand, logo, UI design, software, and docs belong to the Operator or its licensors.
Do not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service beyond permitted use except as mandatory law allows.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We aim for reliability but do not warrant uptime, error-free operation, fitness for your purpose, or payment-provider approval of your account.
We do not control client behavior, the quality of your work, or decisions by banks or regulators.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, reputational harm, disputes between you and clients, or acts of Google, Stripe, banks, hosts, or authorities.
Aggregate liability related to the Service is limited to amounts you actually paid the Operator for paid features (if any) in the three months before the claim; if you paid nothing, liability is limited to the minimum required by mandatory law.
Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under your local law.
13. Suspension and account deletion
You may stop using the Service anytime. To delete your account and data, contact t.me/user4454.
We may suspend or end access for Terms violations, non-payment, legal/provider requirements, or security threats.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always at /terms with an update date.
Material changes may be announced in the dashboard, on the site, or by email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where law allows.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the Operator’s jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer rules of your country require otherwise.
Try support first: t.me/user4454. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court under applicable law.
16. Miscellaneous
If one clause is invalid, the rest remain in force.
Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We may assign rights in a reorganization; you may not assign without our written consent.
