Refund Policy
Updated: October 12, 2026
In plain words
Core opla.top access is free (USD 0/month), so platform “subscription refunds” usually do not apply.
Refunds for work your client paid for are between you and the client (plus Stripe/bank rules).
If you paid for an optional Opla feature or were charged in error, contact t.me/user4454.
1. Roles
opla.top provides tools: public page, portfolio, links, records. The work contract is between freelancer and client.
The Operator does not sell the freelancer’s service to the client unless expressly stated.
2. Refunds of client payments to freelancers
If a client paid for your work through a payment provider, refunds follow: provider rules; consumer law; and the cancellation terms you clearly stated before payment.
Freelancers must explain timelines, scope, and cancellation rules before charging.
Quality disputes should be handled between the parties first. We may help with transaction details but are not required to decide the merits.
Chargebacks follow card-network rules. We/the provider may hold funds, ask for documents, and restrict accounts in abuse cases.
3. Optional paid features on opla.top
Core features are free (USD 0/month). If paid options are introduced later, the price will be shown before payment.
As a rule, a paid period for an optional feature is non-refundable once access is provided — except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, or access failed due to our fault.
If law grants a cooling-off right and you cancel before the paid service starts, we refund to the original method when technically possible.
For duplicate charges, technical failures, or clear billing errors, contact t.me/user4454 quickly with email, date, amount, and reason.
4. Fees and payouts
opla.top fees are shown before you confirm. Fee refunds are considered for our errors or at support’s discretion after review.
Payout conversion to RUB uses the official Bank of Russia rate minus 5%, with kopecks truncated (rounded down to whole rubles). That amount is fixed on the request at calculation time.
Third-party fees (Stripe, bank) follow their rules and are usually not auto-refunded if a payout request is declined.
5. Timing
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Timing depends on the bank/provider — often several business days up to one card statement cycle.
